    Key Holders are responsible for the daily operations at a ModWash location with opening and closing site responsibilities. You'll work as a team to drive membership sales while ensuring each guest has an outstanding experience to help grow the ModWash brand. You'll educate them on the value and savings of becoming a member and help them select the best package to suit their needs. What you'll do :

    Deliver mind blowing customer service. Greet all customers with a smile, a wave and a friendly attitude.Actively sell and present each of the ModWash packages and the benefits of unlimited wash memberships.Safely guide and assist guests through the ModWash packages, and membership options.Actively engage with customers pre/post wash to ensure 100% satisfaction.Collaborate with and encourage the team to meet sales goals.Execute opening and closing site responsibilities when scheduled. Be responsible for the site standards of service.Effectively maintain the on-site equipment and troubleshoot when neededAssist in overseeing the productivity, breaks, and safety of all employeesContinuously seek ways to improve the businessEnsure compliance with legal requirements and company policies and proceduresEnsure facilities are always clean and presentable.
