    Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Development

    Recruit, interview, hire, and develop Outreach Representatives and Team LeadsMeet headcount and workforce planning targetsTrain, coach, and mentor Outreach Team Leads and Representatives both in-office and in the fieldOversee and support the Training Manager and new hire training processConduct field training and team shadowing a minimum of three days per weekBuild and maintain strong working relationships with leadership teams across the organization

    Operations & Performance Management
