    The First Impressions Coordinator is the welcoming face and voice of our title company. From the moment a client walks through our doors or calls our office, you set the tone for a professional, seamless experience. This role is essential to keeping our front office organized, clients informed, and transactions moving smoothly—combining attention to detail with genuine hospitality.

    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Answering incoming calls, providing customer support
    • Greet guest at receptionist desk
    • Support new order entry
    • Must be personable, positive and a professional representative of the Company.
    • Regular consistent attendance is required.
    • Ability to accept supervision.
    • Ability to foster, develop and maintain professional and collaborative working relationships.
    • Must be able to get along with others, i.e., peers, supervisors, outside customers, and vendors.
    • Ability to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of management, employees and customers by email, phone and in person.

    ROLE SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
    • Ability to work overtime as requested and approved by supervisor.
    • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

    • Repetitive and continual typing motion is required.
    • Understanding of real estate contracts and legal descriptions.

    EDUCATION, LICENSURE, AND EXPERIENCE:
    • Completion of a High School diploma required.
    • Customer Service Experience
    • Abstract, Title, Legal or other related industry experience min of 1yr required.
    • Obtain Oklahoma Abstractor license within 6 months of employment

    JOB SUMMARY:

    Provide support to the Escrow department by assisting with customer service and administrative duties related to escrow closings. Ability to balance the workload to accommodate demands of the job and exceed customer expectations.

    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Assists in clearing title and prepares residential escrow files for closing.Assists Escrow Officers with business development and customer service.Prepares documents of all types of residential transactions, such as warranty deeds, Quit Claim Deed, and works up simple closing statements.Print checks for closing at direction of Escrow Officer1099 issuance after closingClose out escrow file after successful closing per company standardsVerify wiring instructions for closerSubmission of complete closing package after successful closingDocument preparation for the Title Officer as needed to support closing agent

    We are looking for an experienced Oklahoma Land Title Abstractor. If you are a Texas Title Examiner, consider our role! We would also consider a paralegal with Oklahoma Real Estate experience.

    Job Summary: Search public records and compile titles to determine legal condition of property title. Copy or summarize (abstracts) recorded documents which affect condition of title to property (e.g., mortgages, trust deeds, and contracts). Summarize pertinent legal information and prepare for attorney opinion.

    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Search real estate records via a digital or paper database.Summarize legal documents.Compile lists of mortgages, contracts, and other instruments pertaining to titles by searching public and private records for law firms, real estate agencies, or title insurance companies.Search, analyze, and evaluate records relating to titles of homes, land, and buildings.Examine deeds, mortgages, liens, judgments, easements, and plats/maps to determine ownership, encumbrances, and to verify legal descriptions of property.Prepare property reports and title commitments.Analyze chain of title and preparation of reports outlining title-related matters.Examine title reports from outside abstractorsObserving, receiving, and otherwise obtaining information from all relevant sources.Documenting/Recording Information –Indexing to data baseAnalyzing Data or Information related to real property recordsMaking Decisions and Solving ProblemsUpdating and Using Relevant Knowledge
