What You'll Do
As our Guest Experience Coordinator, you'll be responsible for ensuring the front of the restaurant operates smoothly while creating an exceptional arrival experience.
Responsibilities include:
Welcome every guest with warmth, confidence, and professionalism.Manage reservations using Resy while maximizing seating efficiency.Coordinate seating to support a smooth dining room flow.Lead and mentor the host team during service.Communicate continuously with managers, servers, and kitchen staff.Monitor wait times and keep guests informed.Handle special requests and guest concerns with professionalism.Maintain a polished, organized, and inviting entrance.Help create memorable experiences that encourage guests to return.We're Looking For Someone Who
Experience in upscale hospitality, restaurants, hotels, or customer-facing service is preferredEnjoys interacting with guests and making people feel welcome.Is calm, organized, and solutions-oriented under pressure.Has excellent communication skills.Pays attention to details and presentation.Is dependable, punctual, and professional.Is available to work at least two weekday shifts and two weekend shifts, including evenings.Why You'll Love Working Here

Job Description: Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist (Full-Time or Part-Time)
Position Summary
We are seeking a creative, organized, and results-driven Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist to grow our online presence, engage our audience, and create compelling content across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about social media, skilled in content creation and video editing, and understands how to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow social media accounts including:FacebookInstagramTikTokGoogle Business ProfileCreate engaging and original content including:PhotosShort-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts)GraphicsStories and postsPlan, schedule, and publish content using a content calendar.Edit videos using professional editing software for social media marketing.Develop and execute strategies to increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness.Monitor social media trends and recommend new ideas to keep content fresh and relevant.Respond to comments, messages, and online reviews in a timely and professional manner.Create and distribute email newsletter campaigns to customers and prospects.Maintain and update the Google Business Profile with posts, photos, promotions, and customer responses.Track analytics and prepare monthly reports on social media performance, follower growth, and campaign success.Collaborate with the team to promote events, products, services, and special promotions.Qualifications
Experience managing business social media accounts.Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google Business Profile.Experience creating engaging content that drives customer interaction.Proficiency with video editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva, or similar tools.Experience with graphic design platforms such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational and time management abilities.Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.Preferred Skills
Photography and videography experience.Knowledge of social media advertising and paid campaigns.Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing best practices.Experience analyzing social media insights and adjusting strategies based on performance.Schedule
