Develop insights, dashboards, and regular reports using platforms like GA4, Heap, and Adobe CJA, ensuring clarity and relevance for healthcare stakeholders. Consulting and Client Communication Own individual work streams within larger enterprise projects, hitting deadlines consistently while proactively communicating progress and potential blockers. Present findings and recommendations clearly and conversationally during ad-hoc project milestone meetings, adapting to client needs and anticipating concerns. Educate clients on best practices for analytics tracking, data interpretation, and the strategic use of analytics for business growth.
