  Job Requirements:

  Perform general labor commercial constructionInterpret plans to provide high quality construction trade workCommunicate with Foreman/Superintendent professionally and with integrityWork well with all parties involved including, coworkers, inspectors and managementWork in a safe and efficient way according to all relevant legislation, policies and procedures

  Personal Requirements:

  Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial construction projects.Punctual, reliable and able to maintain a consistent work scheduleSelf-motivated with positive attitude and strong work ethicAble and willing to communicate with the public and co-workers effectivelyCan communicate verbally and in written word in EnglishComfortable with electronic time and attendance systemsCan perform new hire onboarding electronicallyEducation: High School or equivalentValid CDL and Clean DMV recordFlexibility to work extra hours
