A well-established, regional property management company (MLP, LLC) is seeking a full-time leasing consultant for Aventura at Maryland Oaks. The leasing consultant position works in conjunction with the on-site property manager to manage and maintain the day-to-day operations of the development.
Some examples of essential duties and responsibilities of the leasing consultant include but are not limited to:
Showcase the property and convert prospects to qualified residentsAnswer telephones and internet leadsRecord traffic and maintain accurate records and reportingDevelop and execute outreach and marketing plansMaintain and update marketing information and provide recommendations as appropriateProcess all paperwork to convert applications to new residents.Assist with day-to-day operationsQualifications of the leasing consultant:
Previous multi-family leasing experienceMS Office experienceSales and marketing experience is a plusPrevious Yardi, Rent Cafe, and Outlook experience preferredAbility to provide amazing customer service, is detail-oriented, and high energyMust possess the ability to work independently and demonstrate good judgmentAbility to communicate professionally and effectively with internal and external customersAbility to work SaturdaysBenefits offered:
