Position Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Sales Coordinator to support our sales operations. This role involves assisting customers, preparing quotes, tracking incoming leads, coordinating deliveries, and supporting our sales representatives. You will play a key part in keeping daily operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, text, and emailPrepare quotes and send pricing information to customersMaintain accurate customer records in our CRM systemCoordinate trailer scheduling, delivery, and pickupAssist sales representatives with documents, approvals, and follow-upsReview applications and verify required informationCommunicate professionally with customers, vendors, and financing partnersSupport general office operations and administrative tasksEnsure all information is accurate and meets internal compliance guidelinesQualifications
Strong communication and customer-service skillsOrganized and able to manage multiple tasks at onceComfortable using email, spreadsheets, and CRM toolsAbility to learn product information (training provided)Professional phone and written communicationReliable, responsible, and able to work independently when neededPreferred (Not Required)
