Pay: $20–24 per hour (based on experience)

We're a growing e-commerce company launching our Buffalo office and are looking for a dependable, organized, and motivated team member to help us build our operations from the ground up.
Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and ship packagesPrepare and organize customer ordersProvide customer service via email and social mediaManage and update social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)Assist with inventory and office organizationPerform general administrative and office support duties
Qualifications
Strong organizational and communication skillsComfortable using computers and common office softwareFamiliar with social media platformsCustomer service or office experience is preferredAble to lift up to 30 lbsReliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independentlyEnglish required; bilingual (English/Chinese) is a plus
