In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for many of our future clients, playing a crucial part in our mission to provide tailored insurance and financial solutions. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be the "quarterback" of our outreach. Your primary focus is sparking initial conversationsreaching out to potential clients, identifying their needs, and executing warm transfers to our Licensed Sales Producers to close the deal. ResponsibilitiesHigh-Volume Outreach: Conduct daily outbound calls to prospective leads with consistency and professional persistence.Lead Qualification: Use a provided script and your own intuition to identify high-quality prospects.Live Transfers: Seamlessly hand off qualified, interested prospects to our Licensed Sales Producers via live "warm" transfers.Data Management: Accurately upload and update lead details within our Agency Management System (AMS) and CRM to ensure a clean sales pipeline.Spreadsheet Maintenance: Utilize Microsoft Excel to organize, filter, and prepare lead lists for bulk uploading and reporting.
RequirementsTechnical Proficiency: Comfortable navigating an AMS and proficient in Microsoft Excel (sorting/filtering data and managing CSV imports).Communication: Clear, confident, and persuasive verbal communication skills; you enjoy connecting with people.Attention to Detail: A high level of accuracy when entering client data to maintain record integrity.Resilience & Motivation: You have thick skin, a positive attitude, and are motivated to hit daily call volume and transfer targets.Impact-Driven: Eager to learn and make a real impact while helping protect families across the state.
