Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
Generate leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and recommend the right products and services to meet those needs.Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including assisting with inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverage details, policy changes, claims, and billing.Develop the skills needed to successfully manage and operate a business.Learn how to market and sell a wide range of products, including property/casualty, life, health, and banking services.Work closely with the agent to gain insight into their role, office operations, and the day-to-day responsibilities of running an agency.What Were Looking For
