    Repairs, installs, and performs preventive maintenance on all production equipment to ensure that such equipment is always in good operable condition. Uses electrical and mechanical expertise to trouble shoot, repair, install and perform preventive and interactive maintenance on all production equipment accessories to ensure that all equipment is always in good operable condition.

    · Install, operates, maintains, checks, and trouble-shoots all types of A/C and D/C electrical equipment. Install, trouble-shoot, and repair solid state and electronic equipment as well as mechanical equipment.

    · Uses safe working practices and always reports/repairs any hazard conditions.

    · Inspects machines, takes any required test, and completed “all” reports and paperwork as required.

    · Perform PM and repair work in accordance with A.I.B. standards.

    · Diagnoses and employs proper procedure of troubleshooting to determine when parts need replacement and when repairs are necessary.

    · Dismantles, repairs, and re-assembles gearboxes, fans, conveyors, blowers, compressors, pump, valve, and mechanical equipment when directed.

    · Dismantles, repairs, and re-assembles electrical motors, relays, timers, and allied electrical equipment.

    · Installs and repairs electrical conduit, cables, piping, tubing, controls, and grounding as directed.

    · Operates mobile lift truck and hoisting in the performance of maintenance work. Possess knowledge of simple rigging when necessary for equipment moving and relocation.

    · Help maintain spare parts inventory for plant.

    · Performs other duties as assigned.

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

    · Knowledge of local, state, and federal electric codes

    · Certified for PLC programming e.g., Allen Bradley or equivalent preferred.

    · Able to read and make proper installations of complex electrical circuits from wiring diagrams.

    · Able to disassemble, repair and reassemble gear boxes, fans conveyors, blowers, compressors, pumps, valves, furnaces, drives and all allied mechanical equipment related to electrical troubleshooting.

    · Experience troubleshooting and repairing oven combustion and safety devices.

    · Possesses working knowledge of hydraulic, compressed air systems and be able to read complex diagrams and troubleshoot these systems.

    · Experience Installing and repairing pneumatic conduit, cables, piping, and tubing, including all necessary connections, controls, and grounding.

    · Possess working knowledge of the following equipment:

    - MIG/TIG/ARC welding equipment.

    - Gas & Plasma cutting equipment.

    - Power tools such as drill presses, cut off saw, lathes, mills, and table tools.

    - Electrical test equipment such as voltmeter, megger, ammeter, diode, and SCR tester.

    The purpose of this job description is to ensure that all warehouse workers fully understand their responsibilities and to ensure that all our customers receive 100% complete their order and paperwork.

    DUTIES

     

                The duties of this position are those described below.  This job description does not state or imply that the duties listed are the only duties and responsibilities assigned to this position.  Employees holding this position will be required to perform any other job-related duties as requested by management.

     

                1.         Essential Duties These duties directly and substantially serve to achieve the purpose of the position. 

     

    ̈      Print the daily retail orders

    ̈      Generate the daily scratch report

    ̈      Double check paperwork prior to invoice to avoid any errors

    ̈      Ensure all orders are posted and invoiced daily in the proper day

    ̈      Ensure office is keep clean and organize daily

    ̈      Take care of any exceptions orders and communicate to warehouse supervisor or warehouse worker immediately.

    ̈      Ensure all paperwork is file daily and on the proper day

    ̈      Ensure tray credits are complete daily

    ̈      Ensure the German report and other daily reports are updated throughout the day.

    ̈      Schedule any Pick up or delivery accordingly contact supervisor on duty to coordinate times

    ̈      Communicate via email when receive anyPOincludes all discrepancies

    ̈      Prior to receive thePo’s in the system ensure to crosscheck vs. hardcopy.

    ̈      In case of any item is cut double check in the foreseen report and if is not there contact the supervisor on duty

    ̈      In case of warehouse delay contact the driver.

    ̈      More than two hrs delays ask driver if the customers need to be inform and he say yes contact all customers affected and create a log for our records.

    ̈      When a load is complete contact the driver immediately

    ̈      Ensure to complete daily shipping log (Trailer#, complete times, departure times etc.)

    ̈      Keep track of the shortages report

    ̈      Help supervisor to ensure all loads depart on time.

    ̈      Comply with all Safety and Food Safety policies

    ̈      Report any accident immediately

    ̈      Keep good communication with supervisor and management team.

    ̈      Ensure that all paperwork is processed correctly in the ERP system and within the timelines already established from the Accounting Department, on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis

    ̈      Qualified to operate all equipment assigned to Shipping Department (i.e., Forklifts and Pallet Jacks)

    ̈      Must be knowledgeable in mathematics and able to read and understand the English language

    ̈      Understands the appropriate requirements in the use of code dates and product rotation, by code dates. FIFO METHOD (First in First out)

    ̈      Insure that all procedures are followed to maintain product safety for all customers

    ̈      Assist all customers both internal and external in the completion of their orders

    ̈      Type and generate any necessary reports on a daily basis 

    ̈      Provide the production scheduler with accurate inventories

    ̈     Generate the perpetual inventory report on a daily basis and evaluate if there are any differences and report them to the management staff

    ̈      Keep control of documentation of all paperwork generated such as bill of ladings, including receipts, loading worksheets, purchase orders, perpetual reports, production reports, shipments reports and others that may affect the transactions made at the warehouse

    ̈      Be aware of any discrepancies or problems that can occur during the daily operation and notify the management staff, while at the same time assisting with the supervisors and managers to resolve the problems

    ̈      Must have knowledge on how to load and unload trailers. Also understand the transportation scheduling and truck loading dock times

    ̈      Must have knowledge on how to perform daily, weekly and monthly inventories

    ̈      Must be available for all month end inventories

    ̈      Perform any other related duties as assigned.

    EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:  

     

    ·    High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.

    ·    Minimum of 1 year of clerical experience in a computerized office/administration field. Warehousing and/or logistics environment preferred. *Any equivalent combination of related education and/or experience may be considered for the above.

     

    KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:

     

    ·    Ability to communicate in English and Spanish

    ·    Computer skills and Basic math skills ( familiarity with SAP is preferred)

    ·    Available to work various shifts/hours including holidays and weekends

    Job Responsibilities

    Supervises daily production team by confirming, delegating, coordinating and informing employees of the processing of orders as well as departmental work scheduling.
