Repairs, installs, and performs preventive maintenance on all production equipment to ensure that such equipment is always in good operable condition. Uses electrical and mechanical expertise to trouble shoot, repair, install and perform preventive and interactive maintenance on all production equipment accessories to ensure that all equipment is always in good operable condition.
· Install, operates, maintains, checks, and trouble-shoots all types of A/C and D/C electrical equipment. Install, trouble-shoot, and repair solid state and electronic equipment as well as mechanical equipment.
· Uses safe working practices and always reports/repairs any hazard conditions.
· Inspects machines, takes any required test, and completed “all” reports and paperwork as required.
· Perform PM and repair work in accordance with A.I.B. standards.
· Diagnoses and employs proper procedure of troubleshooting to determine when parts need replacement and when repairs are necessary.
· Dismantles, repairs, and re-assembles gearboxes, fans, conveyors, blowers, compressors, pump, valve, and mechanical equipment when directed.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

· Able to read and make proper installations of complex electrical circuits from wiring diagrams.
· Able to disassemble, repair and reassemble gear boxes, fans conveyors, blowers, compressors, pumps, valves, furnaces, drives and all allied mechanical equipment related to electrical troubleshooting.
· Experience troubleshooting and repairing oven combustion and safety devices.
· Possesses working knowledge of hydraulic, compressed air systems and be able to read complex diagrams and troubleshoot these systems.
· Experience Installing and repairing pneumatic conduit, cables, piping, and tubing, including all necessary connections, controls, and grounding.

̈ Ensure tray credits are complete daily
̈ Ensure the German report and other daily reports are updated throughout the day.
̈ Schedule any Pick up or delivery accordingly contact supervisor on duty to coordinate times

̈ Prior to receive thePo’s in the system ensure to crosscheck vs. hardcopy.
̈ In case of any item is cut double check in the foreseen report and if is not there contact the supervisor on duty

̈ Must be knowledgeable in mathematics and able to read and understand the English language
̈ Understands the appropriate requirements in the use of code dates and product rotation, by code dates. FIFO METHOD (First in First out)
̈ Insure that all procedures are followed to maintain product safety for all customers
̈ Assist all customers both internal and external in the completion of their orders
̈ Type and generate any necessary reports on a daily basis
̈ Provide the production scheduler with accurate inventories
̈ Generate the perpetual inventory report on a daily basis and evaluate if there are any differences and report them to the management staff
̈ Keep control of documentation of all paperwork generated such as bill of ladings, including receipts, loading worksheets, purchase orders, perpetual reports, production reports, shipments reports and others that may affect the transactions made at the warehouse
̈ Be aware of any discrepancies or problems that can occur during the daily operation and notify the management staff, while at the same time assisting with the supervisors and managers to resolve the problems
̈ Must have knowledge on how to load and unload trailers. Also understand the transportation scheduling and truck loading dock times
̈ Must have knowledge on how to perform daily, weekly and monthly inventories
̈ Must be available for all month end inventories

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
· High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
· Minimum of 1 year of clerical experience in a computerized office/administration field. Warehousing and/or logistics environment preferred. *Any equivalent combination of related education and/or experience may be considered for the above.

The Production Supervisor directs, plans, controls, and monitors the overall operation of the production department lines under the direct supervision of the Department Manager. Job ResponsibilitiesSupervises daily production team by confirming, delegating, coordinating and informing employees of the processing of orders as well as departmental work scheduling.
Works with team to produce all orders while maintaining or exceeding departmental KPIs (e.g., waste, moistures, efficiencies, downtime, line speed, overweights, etc.) & meeting customer and company specifications.
Ensures all quality specifications are followed and issues corrective actions on non-conforming product
Effectively communicate company, plant, and department priorities across all levels.

General Summary
Prepares all minor ingredients according to specifications and ensures all documentation is followed in a standard fashion to facilitate traceability.
Essential Functions
· Receives information from management on batches to be produced.
· Requests raw materials from Receiving.
· Adequately rotates raw materials according to acquisition date.
· Maintains appropriate levels of raw materials inventory in ingredient room in accordance with HAACP to prevent any type of cross contamination.
· Weighs, bags and labels ingredients according to specifications and work instructions.
· Completes paperwork according to specifications and work instructions.
· Enters information into SAP system per work instructions.
· Properly fills out all records and reports, in accordance with applicable work instructions.
· Verifies equipment is in good working condition; communicates to management any deficiencies noted.
· Assists in the training of new personnel.
· Provides suggestions to improve process, procedures and department in support of company goals
· Follows Company, GMP and Safety policies including LOTO policies to ensure compliance with the HACCP program and AIB gold standard.
· Follows all food safety principles and legal requirements
· Maintains a positive and constructive work environment within the department as well as with other departments and promotes teamwork.
· Works in a safe manner, observing all safety requirements.
· Participates in monthly departmental meetings.
· Must work various shifts and hours including holidays and weekends.
· Other duties, as assigned.

Knowledge of local, state, and federal electric codesCertified for PLC programming e.g., Allen Bradley or equivalent preferred.Able to read and make proper installations of complex electrical circuits from wiring diagrams.Able to disassemble, repair and reassemble gear boxes, fans conveyors, blowers, compressors, pumps, valves, furnaces, drives and all allied mechanical equipment related to electrical troubleshooting.Experience troubleshooting and repairing oven combustion and safety devices.Possesses working knowledge of hydraulic, compressed air systems and be able to read complex diagrams and troubleshoot these systems.Experience Installing and repairing pneumatic conduit, cables, piping, and tubing, including all necessary connections, controls, and grounding.Possess working knowledge of the following equipment:MIG/TIG/ARC welding equipment.Gas & Plasma cutting equipment.Power tools such as drill presses, cut off saw, lathes, mills, and table tools.Electrical test equipment such as voltmeter, megger, ammeter, diode, and SCR tester.

The Sanitation Lead coordinates the clean-up crew to maintain the plant clean and cleans equipment when is necessary or requested. He/She must take the place of any absent worker or in the absence of the Sanitation Supervisor.
Participate in the administration of hourly employees.Monitor the performance of all employees working under his/her direction.Enforce company policies and procedures.Maintain work area clean and organized.Recognize and report any situation that could affect the safety of an employee.Oversee the removal, replacement, ad dismantling of plant equipment and machinery.Organize and distribute tasks to the employees.Monitor supplies and parts as needed.Responsible for reporting incidents and accidents immediately.Drive scissor lift, pallet jack and scrubber machine.Ensure all Sanitation techs are following SOP’s.Mix and work with chemicals and understand the safety data sheets for each chemical.Train new personnel.Attend safety and quality training as required.Able to work different schedules including weekends and holidays.Ensure all employees are using LOTO equipment.Ensure all employees are using the proper PPE’s at all times.Perform other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent required. 2 years of Sanitation experience in a manufacturing facility required. Preferably in a food/beverage environment. *Any equivalent combination of related education and/or experience may be considered for the above.
