Salary ranges may vary based on geographic location, local market conditions, state-specific factors, and individual qualifications, including years of experience, education, and scope of responsibility. The base salary range for this position is [$187,000.00 - $231,000.00]. This range reflects the minimum and maximum base pay we reasonably expect to offer for this role at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors such as experience, skills, and internal equity. This role may also be eligible for additional productivity or performance-based bonus incentives.
