    Currently hiring:Part-time girls, boys recreational gymnastics coaches.Part-time ninja and free-style movement coach and boys recreational gymnastics coach for school-aged children.  Weekday evenings (4-8pm) and Saturdays (8am-1pm).

    What We’re Looking For:Experience coaching tumbling/gymnastics/trampoline/sports (1-3 years preferred).Enthusiasm for working with children and families.Knowledge of safe teaching progressions and techniques.A positive, professional, and growth-oriented mindset.

    About the Role
    Mini-Hops Gymnastics is seeking an experienced and passionate coach to join our competitive girls’ team program.
    This position primarily focuses on the development and training of athletes in:DP Optional Levels 7–10.Upper-level Xcel (Platinum, Diamond, Sapphire).
    Advanced Spotting Ability Required.
    We are specifically seeking a coach with:Strong upper-level spotting skills and confidence safely spotting advanced gymnastics skills.Experience coaching optional-level athletes and advanced skill progressions.Extensive technical knowledge on bars, beam, floor, and vault.A strong understanding of athlete development, safety, and progression-based training.
    The ideal candidate is:Confident coaching and spotting advanced skills independently.Passionate about helping athletes reach high-level goals.Positive, professional, and dependable.Collaborative and team-oriented.A strong role model both inside and outside the gym.
    About UsMini-Hops is a non-profit gymnastics organization located in the western suburbs of Minneapolis. Our state-of-the-art 48,000 sq. ft. facility is home to over 1,500 athletes across recreational, team, and academic preschool programs. Our girls’ pre-competitive, DP, and Xcel teams are 175 athletes strong, ages 5–18, and continuing to grow.
