Responsibilities:
Supports the development and execution of our continuous improvement strategy.Facilitate and lead Kaizen events, root cause analyses, and problem-solving initiatives.Analyze and process data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement throughout the facility.Drive standardization of processes using Lean tools (e.g., 5S, Value Stream Mapping, Visual Management, SMED, etc.).Support implementation of Six Sigma projects to reduce process variation and improve quality.Provide training and coaching to employees at all levels on CI tools and techniques.Track and report on CI project progress, cost savings, and operational impact.Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure sustainability of improvements.Job Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge and hands-on experience with Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma (Green Belt preferred).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis and process mapping.Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills with good training/presentation skills.Ability to partner effectively with employees at all levels, and work within and lead cross-functional teams.Experience with CI software tools, project tracking platforms, or ERP systems a plus.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentExcellent problem-solving skills.Education and Experience Required:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Operations Management, or related field.Minimum of five (5) years' experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, with a focus on process improvement, and demonstrated progressive career pathways.Solid computer skills include MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and 2-D CAD.Physical Requirements:
