Industry: Pharma / Biotechnology We are seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to drive execution and delivery outcomes for a complex LabWare (LIMS) program within a highly regulated GMP environment. ???? Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end delivery of LabWare/LIMS projects , ensuring milestones, timelines, and business objectives are successfully achieved. Manage demand, capacity, and prioritization , balancing new requests with available resources and delivery commitments. Identify and eliminate delivery bottlenecks across teams, processes, vendors, and stakeholders to maintain project momentum. Drive cross-functional collaboration with QC, QA, IT, Manufacturing, Business teams, and external partners. Own JIRA governance and reporting , ensuring accurate backlog management, forecasting, release tracking, and delivery visibility. Ensure GMP-compliant execution by coordinating validation, quality, and compliance activities throughout the project lifecycle. Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, and retrospectives within a hybrid Agile/Waterfall environment. Provide executive-level reporting on delivery status, risks, dependencies, resource utilization, and forecasted outcomes. ???? Required Qualifications: ? Proven experience delivering projects in regulated industries such as Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Medical Devices, or Life Sciences ? Scans all incoming mail daily. Accurately accrues sales tax for out of state vendors. Produces weekly check run and associated reports. Matches checks to invoices verifies invoice detail to check detail. Also runs month end closing process. Skills: Proficient in Windows based computer systems and Microsoft Office with an emphasis in Excel and Outlook; typing at 40 w.p.m.; ten key touch; accurate spelling/grammar; and experience with accounting software systems required. Able to reconcile vendor statements. Must be able to follow verbal and written directions. Interpersonal Skills: Appropriate telephone skills. The qualified candidate will exhibit the communication and interpersonal skills necessary to interface with all levels of management, staff and vendors. They need to be able to work independently, and as a team member, by establishing cooperative working relationships. They must exhibit strong customer service history.
