Position Overview Mind Momentum is seeking a Lead Therapist to serve as a clinical leader within the practice. The Lead Therapist will provide peer support, coaching, and guidance to fellow therapists while maintaining a reduced client caseload. This role is ideal for a seasoned clinician who values mentorship and professional growth, and who is passionate about promoting clinical excellence across the team. The Lead Therapist is not a direct manager, but serves as a trusted resource and role model for clinical staff. Responsibilities Maintain a smaller client caseload while providing high-quality, evidence-based outpatient therapy to individuals, families, and/or groups. Offer peer support, clinical consultation, and coaching to therapists to enhance skills, confidence, and client outcomes. Assist with onboarding and orientation of new therapists, helping them integrate smoothly into the practice. Lead or facilitate clinical team meetings, case discussions, or training sessions as appropriate. Promote best practices in therapy, ethics, and documentation. Collaborate with practice leadership to identify training needs and develop professional development opportunities. Stay current with evidence-based approaches and Nebraska licensing standards.
