    Role Description Mimica's mission is to empower enterprises, teams, and individuals to reclaim their most precious resource — time and work more efficiently, with greater purpose and impact. As a PA Team Lead, your role will directly influence the successful delivery of your team’s work. You will lead a squad of Process Analysts through the technical implementation process and play an active role in ensuring projects are executed on schedule, including during urgent situations. Your responsibilities will include: Planning: Collaborate with the Solution Engineer and PA Manager to define the structure and scope of each project, setting clear evaluation criteria and success benchmarks. Execution: Assign projects, ensuring timely delivery while monitoring key metrics such as on-time delivery, accuracy, and overall project quality. Conduct regular check-ins with project teams to address questions on map structure, data, and workflow. Manage end-to-end coordination with stakeholders, resolving issues that may affect delivery, ensuring deadlines are met, and providing weekly status updates. Act as a resource for colleagues throughout the project lifecycle by offering tactical guidance and coaching on best practices, mining, and mapping techniques. Provide insights and solutions for complex or unique cases/projects. Ensure all project deliverables meet established quality standards. Coordinate with Quality Assurance team members pending tasks. Leadership: Facilitate weekly planning and sync meetings for your team, delegating tasks, setting priorities, and establishing deadlines. Contribute to building foundational processes and guardrails for the PA team’s operations. Develop and refine hiring assessments, including role-specific exercises and interview questions. Participate in the hiring process. Conduct performance reviews, provide actionable feedback, and address performance gaps or celebrate successes. Conduct regular 1:1 meetings to support team members' growth and resolve challenges. Qualifications Degree in a quantitative or analytical discipline, such as Industrial Engineering, IT, economics or a related field. Proven track record of delivering multiple projects within strict deadlines. Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana) and data visualization platforms (e.g., Looker Studio, Power BI). Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Strong organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks and manage resources effectively. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely. Experience with Process analysis, Optimization and processes improvement or process automation. A strong people leader with a track record of coaching and mentoring both Product Managers and Product Designers. Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly driving alignment between senior leaders in Engineering and Commercial functions. Experience in building products powered by in-house developed ML/AI technology. Excellent judgment on prioritization and roadmap decisions, especially when hard trade-offs are required. Strong product and commercial instinct, and a clear commitment to customer value. Confidence handling disagreement, aligning diverse stakeholders, and navigating ambiguity with maturity. Experience working successfully in an international and multicultural team. Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate technical ideas clearly to different audiences. Requirements A solid technical foundation or direct hands-on experience building or maintaining technical systems (e.g., as a Software Engineer). Experience working in organisations where the product and designers were embedded into cross-functional Engineering teams. Experience working and leading fully remote distributed teams.
