About the Opportunity Reporting directly to the Director of Operations , you’ll oversee approximately 22 shop employees across machining, finishing, and shipping departments. You’ll be expected to learn their process, identify bottlenecks, and introduce improvements that elevate quality, efficiency, and morale. This company takes pride in producing high-end custom millwork and is eager to grow toward more veneer-driven, premium projects. You’ll play a key role in achieving that transformation. Key Focus Areas Be a driver of progress — fostering positive change through teamwork and sound judgment. Partner closely with leadership to optimize Innergy usage from start to finish. Understand Microvellum and shop machinery. Strengthen housekeeping, production flow, and KPI visibility. Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement . Balance time 50/50 between the shop floor and office.
