    We are seeking an Operations Manager to support the organization and alignment of internal operations across product, warehouse, and business teams.

    This role plays a key part in ensuring that operational information stays accurate, consistent, and up to date as the company continues to grow.

    The position is ideal for someone who enjoys working hands-on with processes, coordinating across teams, and bringing structure to fast-moving environments.

    Key Responsibilities

    Coordinate and support day-to-day operational workflows across departmentsTrack and follow up on product-related updates, including:Product models / SKUsPackaging and labeling changesProduct descriptions and imagesEnsure consistency between internal systems, warehouse operations, and actual product statusAct as a central coordination point for cross-functional communicationIdentify gaps or inconsistencies in operational information and support resolutionMaintain and update product-related data in internal tools and systemsFollow up with internal teams and external contractors to ensure timely completion of assigned tasksSupport the organization and documentation of internal processes

    What We’re Looking For

    Interest in operations, process improvement, or business coordinationStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasksGood communication skills and ability to work across teamsComfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environmentProactive and willing to follow through on tasks

    Nice to Have (not required):

    Experience in operations, supply chain, product coordination, or similar fieldsFamiliarity with warehouse or product-based businessesExperience working with cross-functional teams

    Compensation

    Responsibilities

    Learn our products and basic use cases (training provided).

    Support outreach to prospects and existing customers (email/phone/in-person).

    Prepare quotes, simple presentations, and follow-ups.

    Keep customer info and activity updated in our system (CRM/spreadsheets).

    Coordinate with operations, purchasing, and accounting to move orders forward.

    Track your activities and results; share quick status updates with the team.

    Help resolve basic customer questions and route issues to the right teammate.

    Participate in ride-along, customer visits, and occasional events as needed.

    What You’ll Bring

    Requirements (Must-Have)

    Clear, professional communication and a customer-first attitude.

    Reliable, on-time, and comfortable working onsite full time.

    Basic computer skills (email, documents, simple spreadsheets).

    Willingness to learn, take feedback, and follow a simple sales process.

    Authorization to work in the U.S.

     

    Nice to Have (Optional)

    Any exposure to sales, customer service, or B2B environments.

    Comfort making outbound calls or doing basic presentations.

    Familiarity with CRM tools or spreadsheets.

    Bilingual (e.g., Chinese/Spanish/English) is a plus.

    BS/BA degree or prior sales experience—helpful but not required.
