Job Posting Heritage Body Shop is busy and we need to add a customer-centric team member to provide high-level customer support to our customers. We are looking for a full-time receptionist, and this role has great potential for advancement from within. Body Shop receptionists often have opportunities to advance to Estimator roles within the organization. Experience Everything MileOne has to Offer: Schedule of 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Friday. $15.00 - $17.00 per hour Great opportunities for advancement Positive, success-driven work environment The Body Shop Receptionist receives callers at the collision center, determines the nature of their business, and directs callers to their destination. In addition, this person routes incoming calls, takes messages, and provides basic information to all callers. Essential Duties: Answers incoming phone calls Communicates with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner Types memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents Assists with clerical duties as requested Qualifications: Two years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience Automotive Dealership or Collision Center experience Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos Ability to write simple correspondence Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software, internet proficiency, and general mathematics skills MileOne Employee Advantage includes health and financial benefits, and training and mentoring.
