Position Overview
Mighty Dog Roofing is seeking driven Canvassing Representatives to help generate qualified leads in our local market. This role is ideal for individuals who are comfortable speaking with homeowners, working outdoors, and consistently executing a proven outreach process.
As a Canvassing Representative, you will be responsible for identifying potential roofing needs, educating homeowners, and scheduling free roof inspections for our sales team. You are not closing deals your focus is lead generation and appointment setting.
Key Responsibilities
Canvass assigned neighborhoods and storm-affected areasKnock doors and engage homeowners in professional, respectful conversationsEducate homeowners on potential roofing issues and available servicesQualify homeowners and schedule free roof inspectionsAccurately document leads and notes using company systemsRepresent Mighty Dog Roofing professionally at all timesMeet or exceed daily and weekly lead targets
Performance Expectations
Consistent door-to-door activity during assigned hoursGenerate qualified leads that convert to inspectionsMaintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic in the fieldFollow company scripts, training, and compliance guidelines
Qualifications
Comfortable speaking with homeowners face-to-faceReliable transportation and smartphoneAbility to work outdoors in varying weather conditionsSelf-motivated, punctual, and coachableSales, canvassing, or customer service experience is a plus (not required)
