    Key Responsibilities

    Assist retail customers with part identification and cross-referencing.Enter customer orders accurately into the system.Process invoices and customer payments, including purchase orders and credit card transactions.Assist will-call customers with paperwork, part pulling, and packaging as needed.Troubleshoot order issues and provide product recommendations.Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times.
