    Midwest Remediation is seeking an experienced Restoration Supervisor to join our team full-time in Indianapolis, IN. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing key reconstruction projects from initial estimates through to successful completion.     YOUR ROLE AS A RESTORATION SUPERVISOR

    As a Restoration Supervisor, your day will begin with reviewing estimates, budgets, and schedules, ensuring they align with the project requirements. You will be responsible for creating and verifying accurate budgets and overseeing job costing for each phase of reconstruction.

    Throughout the day, you'll manage your team, ensuring that all tasks-such as drywall, carpentry, painting, and flooring-are progressing according to plan. You will also be tasked with maintaining daily project updates, ensuring that all documentation is up-to-date and reflective of current work progress. Your leadership will ensure that projects meet deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • 5+ years of experience in construction, carpentry, drywall, flooring, painting, and project management
    • Strong supervisory skills and experience leading crews
    • Ability to create and manage budgets, estimates, and job schedules
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Valid driver's license

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Customer-facing experience

    WORK SCHEDULE

    This full-time position works a steady schedule of Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.

    Midwest Remediation in Indianapolis, IN is looking for an outgoing person who can offer critical administrative support and deliver excellent customer service through email and over the phone. If that sounds like you, you could become our new full-time Customer Support Specialist!

    Ready for Work That Moves You?

    We're flexible with scheduling, and you can work Monday through Friday either from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, or 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Some on-call, weekends, and evenings might be required.

    When you join our office, you'll be responsible for:

    • Providing professional customer service over the phone and through email
    • Communicating with internal and external customers
    • Overseeing projects from beginning to end within your assigned territory
    • Coordinating schedules and dispatch for field techs
    • Reviewing documents, verifying information, and gathering missing info
    • Quickly responding to new leads, questions, and requests for information (ROIs)
    • Helping with other administrative duties as needed

    Requirements

    • 3 to 5 years of experience in a customer service or similar position
    • Computer proficiency with the ability to quickly switch between multiple office systems
    • Ability to prioritize tasks according to urgency
    • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent verbal, written, and phone communication skills
    • Punctuality, self-motivation, and an ability to take the initiative
