Job Summary:
The Inventory & Warehouse Coordinator will organize and coordinate inventory and warehouse operations and procedures in Menomonie, WI location. This person will be a key customer service person. In addition, they will support the general upkeep of the premises. This person is also responsible for coordinating inbound and outbound shipments of parts and inventory.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Reports to the Branch Manager, Amy Kersten
· Normal hours are 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday thru Friday.
Oversee the movement of inventory in and out of the warehouse keeping it organized and correct in the system.· Load and unload all inbound and outbound freight
· Operate forklift equipment in a safe and professional manner
· Coordinate the receiving of goods, including entering information accurately into database
· Maintain a clean, safe, orderly, and efficient warehouse space
· Re-package hygiene products, including cleaning and preparing containers returned from customers
· Wash shells, load liners, clean and wash misc. equipment, as needed.
· Manage warehouse inventory to maximize turnover and minimize unused product.
· Aid in preparing inventory for use by service, route and install technicians as directed by supervisor.
· Ship outgoing parts.
Record all warranty returns so they are properly received back into inventory. All warranty items to need to be tagged and returned to the vendor within 15 days of their arrival at the warehouse.· Assist manager in purchasing inventory
· Pick up product from local vendors and deliver to shop or farms, as directed
· Maintain and clean the warehouse, parts area, and outdoor area to reflect a positive image
Attend continued education training as agreed upon with the SSM.Complete other duties and tasks as requested by supervisor.

This position will work with dairy farm customers to service equipment, install equipment, provide emergency service and preventative maintenance.

· Responsible for making all assigned service calls in a professional and responsible manner.
· Examine complaints, identify solutions, suggest improved methods and techniques, and recommend system improvements to customers.
· Troubleshoot milking systems and test systems to NMC standards and perform milking time/system checks.
· Responsible for waste handling product installation and service when directed
· Complete all necessary paperwork daily
· Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and protocols
· Maintain MLS tools and equipment in good working condition and provide own hand tools.
· Attend equipment technical training schools and other educational training sessions as requested.
· Perform other duties as assigned
