    · Maintain MLS tools and equipment in good working condition and provide own hand tools.

    The Inventory & Warehouse Coordinator will organize and coordinate inventory and warehouse operations and procedures in Menomonie, WI location. This person will be a key customer service person. In addition, they will support the general upkeep of the premises. This person is also responsible for coordinating inbound and outbound shipments of parts and inventory.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    · Reports to the Branch Manager, Amy Kersten

    · Normal hours are 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday thru Friday.

    Oversee the movement of inventory in and out of the warehouse keeping it organized and correct in the system.

    · Load and unload all inbound and outbound freight

    · Operate forklift equipment in a safe and professional manner

    · Coordinate the receiving of goods, including entering information accurately into database

    · Maintain a clean, safe, orderly, and efficient warehouse space

    · Re-package hygiene products, including cleaning and preparing containers returned from customers

    · Wash shells, load liners, clean and wash misc. equipment, as needed.

    · Manage warehouse inventory to maximize turnover and minimize unused product.

    · Aid in preparing inventory for use by service, route and install technicians as directed by supervisor.

    · Ship outgoing parts.

    Record all warranty returns so they are properly received back into inventory. All warranty items to need to be tagged and returned to the vendor within 15 days of their arrival at the warehouse.

    · Assist manager in purchasing inventory

    · Pick up product from local vendors and deliver to shop or farms, as directed

    · Maintain and clean the warehouse, parts area, and outdoor area to reflect a positive image

    Attend continued education training as agreed upon with the SSM.Complete other duties and tasks as requested by supervisor.

    • Employee will work to develop quality, economical construction and installation procedures to enhance the profitability of the project and MLS.

    • Assist in setting the project timetables and critical path for assigned projects including construction and equipment installation.

    • Employee will comply with and enforce all MLS safety rules and requirements and will complete all required paperwork and documentation in a quality and timely manner.

    • Employee will enforce all MLS standards of quality control for all work at all times.

    • Site Supervisor is responsible to close out and sign off assigned projects (job checklist, material returns, site cleanup, etc.) in conjunction with the Project Manager, Sales, and customer.

    • Employee will work as part of a team and be responsible for building positive and professional relationships with other MLS employee team members including both inside office and outside personnel. This is also a key and critical part of the site supervisor’s performance evaluation.

    • Employee is required to provide weekly reports regarding project activity, problems, challenges, weather conditions, etc. for the permanent file.

    • Employee will be responsible for maintaining MLS tools and equipment in good working condition, including caring for and maintaining skid loaders and other MLS/rental lift equipment.

    Qualifications (Skills/Abilities Required)

    • An understanding of construction techniques is required.

    • Knowledge of livestock equipment, installation, and operating principles is preferred.

    • Ability to work in a professional and courteous manner with all other MLS team members.

    • Ability to use common repair tools and techniques.

    • Ability to operate a forklift. Training and certification are required.

    • CDL license is helpful but not required. MLS will help obtain a CDL license.

In this role, you will coordinate with our project team, dairy farmers, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure project completion on time, within budget and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

    This is a hands-on position ideal for someone with a background in dairy service, agricultural equipment, mechanical or electrical systems, and project coordination. We are seeking an energetic and motivated individual.

    Reports To: Branch Manager

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    · Works closely with our Project Team within the full project lifecycle of installation from site assessment to commissioning.

    · Fully understands project plans and specifications and able to provide direction

    · Maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation with the project team

    · Works ahead of the project to drive project coordination, manage deadlines

    · Manage project inventory so nothing falls through the cracks including reviewing inventory deliveries for accurate orders and quality control-this will ensure there are no delays due to project inventory issues
