    Why This Role Matters

The LifeFile implementation is the company’s top strategic technology initiative. You will lead the migration from PK Compounder, customize LifeFile to support high-volume compounding workflows, and build the integrations and automation necessary to scale the business.

Long term, this role evolves into the senior systems authority for the enterprise — helping shape technology strategy across pharmacy operations, finance, sales, and corporate systems.

This is an opportunity to help design the future-state technology ecosystem of a growing healthcare organization.

    What You’ll Do

    Lead a High-Impact System Implementation:

    · Own the end-to-end implementation of LifeFile

    · Lead migration from PK Compounder, including data validation and cleanup

    · Configure and customize LifeFile to improve pharmacy efficiency and scalability

    · Serve as the internal subject matter expert on pharmacy systems during and after implementation

    · Partner cross-functionally to support operational growth initiatives

    Build Systems & Integrations

    · Design, build, and maintain API integrations across internal systems and external partners

    · Implement automation workflows and webhooks to eliminate manual processes

    · Evaluate integration requests and determine the best technical solution

    · Improve data flow, reporting accuracy, and system connectivity across the organization

    Shape Enterprise Technology Strategy

    · Evaluate current systems and identify opportunities for improvement and consolidation

    · Maintain system architecture documentation and data flow maps

    · Support future implementations including CRM, VoIP, ERP, and other operational systems

    · Advise leadership on cloud vs. on-prem infrastructure decisions within a regulated healthcare environment

    Support Compliance & IT Operations

    · Help ensure systems align with HIPAA, SOC II, and cybersecurity standards

    · Author IT SOPs, policies, and process documentation

    · Lead annual IT risk assessments and access control management

    · Partner with compliance and leadership teams on long-term governance and scalability

    What We’re Looking For

    Required Experience:

    · 5+ years in systems administration, business systems, or IT operations

    · Hands-on API integration and automation experience

    · Experience leading a major system implementation and data migration

    · Strong understanding of infrastructure fundamentals, networking, and cloud/on-prem architecture

    · Experience working within HIPAA and/or SOC II environments

    · Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders

    Bonus Points For

    · LifeFile implementation or customization experience

    · PK Compounder migration experience

    · Experience with pharmacy management systems

    · Healthcare or regulated industry experience

    · Experience supporting rapidly growing organizations

    Who Thrives Here

You are someone who likes to build — not just coordinate.

You enjoy solving operational problems through technology, digging into systems, and owning outcomes from start to finish. You are equally comfortable writing documentation, troubleshooting integrations, cleaning migration data, and advising leadership on long-term systems strategy.

You want a role where your work directly impacts growth, efficiency, and the future direction of the company.

    Compensation & Benefits

    · Competitive base salary based on experience

    · Health, dental, and vision insurance

    · Competitive PTO policy

    · Significant opportunity for growth into Senior Manager or Director-level leadership as the company scales
