Schedule: 1st Shift - 4am-2:30pm - Monday-Friday, flexibility to work OT and weekends when needed
Pay rate: $30+ depending on experience

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Sanitation lead to join our client's team in maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment within our food production facility!
Location: Phoenix, AZ!
Schedule: Monday - Friday / 7 am - 3:30 pm OT as needed
Pay rate: $23
Duties:
Lead, train, and support the sanitation team during scheduled shifts.Ensure all sanitation tasks are completed in compliance with company policies, FDA, USDA, and GMP standards.Oversee cleaning and sanitation of processing equipment, tools, and facility areas before and after production.Perform regular inspections and audits to verify sanitation effectiveness.Maintain accurate documentation of sanitation schedules, procedures, and chemical usage. Assist in developing and updating sanitation procedures and protocols.Coordinate with production, maintenance, and quality assurance teams to ensure smooth operations.Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and request restocks as needed.Address sanitation-related issues promptly and implement corrective actions.Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent requiredPrior sanitation experience in a food manufacturing environmentMust be bilingualUnderstanding of food safety standards and sanitation practicesAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periodsComfortable working in wet, cold, or warm environmentsAbility to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a teamFlexible to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, or overtime if neededContact Information
