    We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Forklift Operator to join our team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This position is ideal for someone who is safety-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable working evening shifts.

    Location: Forth Worth Texas, 76140
    Schedule:
    D Schedule Wed 11:45pm-6am Thursday-Sat 6:00PM - 6:00 AM
    A Schedule Sun-Tuesday 6AM-6PM & Wed 6AM - 12:00PM
    Pay rate: $18.50 an hour 3rd shift and $18.00 an hour 1st Shift

    Duties:
    Operate a forklift to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise
    Load and unload materials from trucks and storage areas
    Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts
    Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work environment

    Requirements:
    Sit Down Double Fork experienced required
    Ability to work the assigned evening shift schedule
    Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
    Ability to lift, stand, and work in a warehouse environment

    Position Summary

    We are hiring Order Selectors for a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role is responsible for accurately selecting, labeling, palletizing, and staging products for shipment while meeting established productivity and safety standards.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities

    Operate an electric pallet jack (double pallet jack experience required)

    Select products from floor and upper rack locations (high reach experience preferred)

    Use SOS label technology to accurately label products

    Build and secure pallets to prevent shifting or tipping

    Stage completed pallets at designated dock locations

    Stretch-wrap pallets on the loading dock

    Perform pre- and post-trip inspections of assigned equipment

    Maintain safe operation of all assigned equipment and PPE

    Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned

    Work until all orders are completed, including overtime when required (holidays/weekends as needed)

    Productivity & Performance Expectations

    Work in a production-driven environment with a strong sense of urgency

    Meet or exceed established efficiency and accuracy standards

    Maintain a consistent pace throughout the entire shift

    Meet or exceed established cases-per-hour and error-rate goals

    Experience & Qualifications

    1–3 years of warehouse order selecting experience

    Double pallet jack experience required (no exceptions)

    Forklift experience preferred

    Reliable transportation to and from work

    Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English

    Basic arithmetic skills

    Must be at least 18 years of age

    Physical Requirements

    Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly (team lift for 50+ lbs)

    Stand, walk, bend, and work at a fast pace for the duration of the shift
