What You'll Do
Diagnose and repair residential electrical issues
Perform comprehensive electrical safety inspections on every service call
Install, maintain, and repair residential electrical systems
Educate homeowners on electrical safety concerns and recommended solutions
Present repair and upgrade options based on customer needs
Create accurate estimates and work orders
Document findings using company software and mobile technology
Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment
Follow all company safety procedures and industry regulations
Support and mentor apprentices as the company grows

Qualifications
Journeyman Electrician License preferred
Residential service experience strongly preferred
Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Ability to explain technical information in simple terms
Comfortable working directly with homeowners
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various environments
Comfortable using tablets, mobile apps, and digital work orders
