    We are seeking a dependable and professional Medical Office Check-Out Coordinator to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a positive attitude while working in a fast-paced medical office environment.

    Responsibilities:

     Check out patients promptly and accurately following appointments  Schedule follow-up appointments, procedures, and specialist referrals  Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner  Assist providers with maintaining and coordinating daily schedules  Verify patient information and ensure proper documentation is completed  Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors  Communicate effectively with clinical staff, providers, and patients  Maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations  Perform additional administrative duties as assigned Qualifications:

     Previous medical office or front desk experience preferred  Strong multitasking and organizational skills  Excellent verbal and written communication skills  Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment  Positive attitude and professional demeanor  Strong work ethic and reliability  Basic computer and scheduling software knowledge  Ability to work well independently and as part of a team Requirements:
