    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Client Partner to manage our largest and most complex specialty accounts.

    This role blends strategic consulting, operational oversight, and data?driven client guidance to ensure exceptional service delivery and long?term client success.

    This role is central to strengthening client partnerships, optimizing program performance, and driving strategic value across key accounts.


    The ideal candidate brings deep experience in Large Group health benefits, excels at navigating complex operational environments, and can translate data into actionable insights


    We ask that you have at least 10+ years of experience with leading highly complex self-funded employer relationships.


    Must have a proven track record of driving multimillion-dollar revenue portfolios, top-tier retention, and long-term client strategy through data-driven plan design.


    Additionally, you'll need Concierge Customer Service skills, plan optimization knowledge, and the ability to form and maintain consultative partnerships.


    All-in-all, you'll manage large employer groups with a focus on long-term retention, cost containment, and plan sustainability. This includes having oversight with any changes in laws, open enrollments, helping with complex claims, etc.


    Duties/Responsibilities:


    Client Partnership & Strategy

    * Serve as the primary strategic advisor for large specialty accounts, building trusted, long-term relationships with senior client stakeholders.

    * Lead strategic planning discussions to understand client objectives and design tailored health benefits strategies aligned with organizational goals.

    * Develop multiyear account roadmaps focused on cost containment, member experience, and program optimization.


    Operational Leadership

    * Oversee end-to-end operational performance for assigned key accounts, ensuring seamless implementation, issue resolution, and service delivery.

    * Partner with internal operations, clinical, and product teams to ensure client needs are met with precision and efficiency.

    * Identify operational risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.


    Data Analytics & Insights

    * Analyze claims, utilization, and performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

    * Deliver data-driven insights that demonstrate program value and support strategic recommendations.

    * Collaborate with analytics teams to refine reporting and develop custom insights for large-group clients.


    Issue Resolution & Advocacy

    * Act as the client’s internal advocate, ensuring timely resolution of escalated issues and alignment across internal teams.

    * Maintain a deep understanding of client priorities and ensure they are reflected in operational and strategic decisions.


    Contract & Renewal Management

    * Lead contract renewals, amendments, and pricing discussions for large specialty accounts.

    * Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and maintain accurate documentation.



    Required Experience:


    Qualifications and skills:


    Education & Experience

    * Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field; equivalent experience considered.

    * 7-10+ years of experience managing large, complex client accounts (1,000+ members) in the health benefits or insurance industry.

    * Proven experience in operations, strategic consulting, and data-driven account management.


    Technical & Professional Skills

    * Deep understanding of health benefits programs, insurance products, and regulatory requirements.

    * Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and deliver actionable insights.

    * Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including experience with executive-level stakeholders.

    * Demonstrated ability to lead cross?functional initiatives and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.


    Other Requirements

    * Valid Health Insurance license or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.

    * Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured vehicle (mileage reimbursement provided).


    Physical Requirements

    * Prolonged periods of sitting and computer work.

    * Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.

    Bebashi Transition to Hope is seeking A Prevention Navigator to work with clients in underserved communities, primarily African American and Latino communities.

    PREVENTION NAVIGATOR JOB SUMMARY:

    The Prevention Navigator engages and works with high-risk individuals and groups to provide HIV/STI testing, navigation services, outreach and prevention education in an effort to prevent new HIV infections.

    Major Duties and Responsibilities:

    Maintain strict confidentiality

    Screen high-risk persons testing HIV negative for eligibility to participate in Navigation Services

    Test for HIV, STIs, and pregnancy while conducting short term pre-and post-counseling sessions.

    Work evening and weekend assignments when necessary.

    Participate in all training requirements.

    Job Summary:

    Bebashi-Transition to Hope seeks a compassionate and driven housing counselor to join our new program, which is dedicated to providing transitional housing and supportive services to people with HIV in Philadelphia.

    This role will focus on providing housing counseling, coordinating medical case management (MCM), and facilitating placement in subsidized rental units.

    The program aims to retain clients in HIV medical care to achieve viral suppression and secure permanent housing within 48 months, prioritizing those who are homeless or unstably housed.

    This role reports to the Supervisor of Housing Medical Case Manager.

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    Housing Placement and Support:

    Identify and secure affordable rental housing units for program participants.Conduct detailed inspections of housing units to ensure they meet program standards.Provide rental subsidies to participants facing financial burdens.Assist participants with moving expenses and securing necessary home supplies.

    Building Landlord Partnerships:

    Establish and nurture relationships with landlords and property managers.Educate landlords on the program's guidelines and responsibilities.Advocate for participants to resolve housing issues.

    Client Advocacy and Support:

    Work with Housing MCM to help clients apply for and obtain permanent, affordable housing.Maintain and update comprehensive client files regularly.Educate clients on their rights and responsibilities as tenants.

    Program Coordination and Reporting:

    Collaborate with the Housing MCM and other team members to provide holistic support to clients.Participate in Bebashi-Transition to Hope staff meetings and training sessions.Complete required monthly reports and progress notes accurately and on time.

    Training and Development:

    Participate in intensive coaching and counseling training in financial management and personal finance.Engage in Bebashi-Transition to Hope staff and supervisory meetings.Attend required training and staff development activities.

    Administrative Duties:

    Complete monthly reporting and progress notes as required.Perform other duties as assigned.



    Qualifications:

    Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree in human services or a related field, OR three or more years of experience in providing housing counseling and services.Experience managing a caseload of 20 participants.Knowledge and Skills:Strong understanding of Housing First and trauma-informed care principles.Proficiency in using a Coordinated Entry platform for housing applications.Knowledge of housing inspection processes.Interpersonal Skills:Demonstrated ability to work with diverse populations, including different gender orientations, and sexual, racial, ethnic, and economic backgrounds.Knowledge of Philadelphia-specific housing, financial, and vocational resources.Thorough understanding of medical and psychosocial issues related to HIV infection, homelessness, and poverty.Flexibility:Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.Experience or willingness to develop competency in financial counseling.Language Skills:Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required.
