    Mid-West Textile is seeking a highly organized, professional, and customer-focused Administrative Assistant to support our corporate office and leadership team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys multitasking, and takes pride in providing exceptional administrative support.

    What You'll DoProvide administrative support to department leaders.Answer and direct incoming phone calls and greet visitors professionally.Prepare, edit, and maintain correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents.Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and coordinate conference rooms.Maintain electronic and paper filing systems while ensuring confidentiality.Order and maintain office supplies and coordinate vendor deliveries.Assist with data entry, spreadsheets, reports, and document management.Coordinate travel arrangements and meeting logistics as needed.Support Human Resources with onboarding paperwork, employee files, and general administrative tasks.Assist Accounting, Operations, Purchasing, and other departments with administrative projects.Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages.Perform other administrative duties and special projects as assigned.QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.Minimum of 2 years of administrative assistant or office support experience.Manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution experience preferred.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).Strong organizational and time-management skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.Professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills.High attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to maintain confidential information.Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

    This is an on-site position located in El Paso, Texas. Applicants must currently reside in the El Paso area or be able to reliably commute to the facility. Relocation assistance is not available.

    The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for leading warehouse personnel, coordinating workflow, maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring safety compliance, and supporting operational performance goals.

    The Logistics Coordinator will coordinate shipments, monitor inventory movement, maintain logistics records, and work closely with carriers, suppliers, warehouses, and internal departments to ensure the timely and efficient movement of materials.
