Responsibilities:
Gain and maintain strong understanding of dental laboratory products, digital dentistry workflows, scanning systems, implants, and prosthetic solutionsUse in person visits, presentations, demos, and follow-up to grow revenue and market shareLeverage selling skills, marketing campaigns, and technical insight to generate opportunitiesMeet and exceed assigned revenue goals, activity metrics, and territory targets. Track sales activities, progress, and pipeline through CRM toolsWork as a liaison between dental practices and the laboratory, ensuring clear communication and seamless serviceMonitor market trends and competitive landscape, and provide insights to leadershipCollaborate closely with internal lab team to support customer needs and resolve issuesAll other duties as assigned or as otherwise required
Qualifications:
Degree in sales, marketing business is preferredA minimum of 5 years of business to business outside sales experience, preferably within the dental, medical device, or healthcare services fieldAbility to demonstrate consultative sales skillsFamiliarity with digital workflows, intraoral scanners, implants, or cosmetic restorative dentistryStrong budget development, oversight and sales management skillsStrong written/oral communication and a customer-first mindsetKnowledge of general business software and aptitude to learn new applications; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) preferred. Demonstrate proficiency in leads tracking and conversion metricsProven history of achieving sales quotas and building a territory;Ability to travel and navigate the surrounding area of the assigned territory, accommodating overnight stays as neededMust possess a valid driver’s license and pass a company MVR check

Ability to read prescriptions or specifications from clients/doctors and examine dental models or impressions to determine the design of the product to be fabricatedAcrylic finishing: complete denture/removable partial dentureRepairs/RelinesDenture partial and Implant denture set-ups/waxing/finishing and overall knowledge of over-denture and attachmentsKnowledge of working with and processing hybrids. This opportunity will allow you to work with the digital denture process and specialists performing the all-on-4 techniqueAbility to multi-task and self-motivatedControl and lead overall Removable productionConsult with Lab Management to establish daily production needs and assist in the production as needed to facilitate the team process schedule.Provide training to other techs as needed to meet desired standardsAll other duties as assigned or as otherwise requiredQualifications:
3 years of previous experience in relevant field or dental environment preferredKnowledge of dental materials, terminology, and techniques preferredHigh level of attention to detail with exceptional quality standardsExcellent hand/eye coordinationAdvanced die trimming experience is a plus.Ability to utilize magnification goggles for extended periods of timeTeam player is a must with a willingness to learn new responsibilitiesAbility to stand for extended hours and lift weight up to 20lbs.High School Diploma or equivalent*All new hires will be required to pass our standard employee background check*
