    Position Overview:

    We are looking for an experienced technician specializing in Dimensional Calibration Technician. You'll ensure the accuracy and reliability of clients' measurement instruments, requiring precision, organization, and communication. This position is imbedded in our client’s facility full-time Onsite Technical Service (OTS).


    Responsibilities:

    Calibrate instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges, indicators, thread ring/ plugs, etc.)Calibrate standards and generate reportsInspect equipment and collaborate with engineersProvide technical guidance during auditsMaintain safety and troubleshoot equipment


    Requirements and Skills:

    Position Overview:

    Responsibilities:

    Position Overview:

    We are looking for a Pyrometry Calibration Technician to perform Instrument Calibration, Temperature Uniformity Surveys (TUS), and System Accuracy Tests (SAT) at customer sites. This role requires AMS2750 expertise and strong customer service skills in industrial environments.


    Responsibilities:

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking an experienced Outside Account Manager to drive new business and manage client relationships across the Georgia and South Carolina territory. This role supports customers in partnership with a full-service TMI laboratory located in Atlanta, GA providing strong local operational support.

    The ideal candidate is self-motivated, competitive, and highly organized, with the ability to manage a large geographic territory efficiently. While prior technical or metrology sales experience is preferred, we are also open to candidates with calibration, quality, or technical backgrounds who are looking to transition into a sales-focused role.

    Responsibilities:

    Account & Territory Strategy

    Develop and execute an effective territory and time management plan across Georgia.Identify new business opportunities using sales intelligence tools and industry networking.Conduct 12–15 in-person customer meetings per week to assess calibration needs and present TMI solutions.Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across quality, calibration, purchasing, and accounting teams.Partner with local Branch Managers and lab leadership to develop quotes and respond to RFPs.

    Sales & Business Development

    Drive sales of test & measurement calibration and repair services.Promote and expand product distribution sales to new and existing customers.Grow existing accounts by identifying additional services and solutions TMI can provide.Analyze customer markets and competitor activities to develop and execute a winning sales strategy.

    Operational & Reporting Responsibilities

    Maintain accurate customer and pipeline data within CRM.Provide monthly sales activity and performance reports.Support smooth customer onboarding and coordination between customers and TMI operations.Travel extensively throughout the Georgia territory, with travel typically planned and minimal overnight stays.

    Requirements and Skills:

    Technical or manufacturing sales experience required.Hands-on calibration, metrology, or technical experience strongly preferred.Willingness to travel throughout Georgia and South Carolina territory on a regular basis.Proven success in B2B sales or business development, ideally in a manufacturing or services environment.Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.Familiarity with the calibration industry and competitors is a plus.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.

    Position Overview:

    We are looking for an experienced technician specializing in Physical Dimensional Calibration. You'll ensure the accuracy and reliability of clients' measurement instruments, requiring precision, organization, and communication.


    Responsibilities:

    Calibrate instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges, thread rings, rulers, radius gauges etc.)Calibrate standards and generate reportsInspect equipment and collaborate with engineersProvide technical guidance during auditsMaintain safety and troubleshoot equipment


    Requirements and Skills:

    Must have proven Calibration experienceMilitary PMEL/TMDE/DOD training and familiarity with ISO 17025 standards preferred.Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.Organizational, time management, and prioritization abilities.Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to meet deadlines effectively.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. for potential onsite customer visitsValid driver’s license, clean record, and U.S. citizen or permanent resident required.

    The Opportunity:

    We are seeking an experienced Calibration Supervisor to lead and strengthen our Electrical and RF calibration laboratory. This is a hands-on technical leadership role for someone who thrives in a high-precision environment and enjoys mentoring technicians while maintaining direct involvement at the bench.

    This role was created to support a growing workload and provide additional leadership within the lab. You will work alongside a highly involved manager and play a key role in maintaining quality, throughput, and technical excellence.


    Responsibilities:

    Help supervise daily operations of the Electrical/RF lab, to meet turnaround times and quality goals.Lead, train, and support calibration technicians, ensuring compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 standards.Perform and oversee manual calibration of RF and microwave instruments, including signal generators, spectrum analyzers, power meters, and related equipment.Perform and oversee calibration of electrical instruments, including digital multimeters, oscilloscopes, hipot testers, accelerometers, and related as needed.Review calibration reports for technical accuracy, traceability, and completeness, ensuring all work is compliant.Coordinate workload, assign priorities, and ensure timely completion of jobs.Support internal and external audits and assist with corrective actions.Maintain laboratory safety, equipment, and environmental controls.Collaborate with Quality and laboratory leadership to resolve technical challenges and improve processes.


    Requirements and Skills:

    5+ years of hands-on Electrical and RF calibration experience in a lab environment.Prior leadership or supervisory experience in a calibration or technical team.Strong expertise in manual instrumentation calibration, ISO/IEC 17025 standards, and measurement uncertainty.Ability to clearly explain calibration theory and methodology.Proficiency with calibration software, laboratory databases, and Microsoft Office.Military PMEL, TMDE, or DOD calibration training or equivalent technical education preferred.Experience supporting aerospace, medical, or other high-reliability industries is a plus.Willingness to perform on-site calibrations at customer locations as required.Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand or sit for extended periods, maintain a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, and be a U.S. citizen.
