The Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Calibration Supervisor to lead and strengthen our Electrical and RF calibration laboratory. This is a hands-on technical leadership role for someone who thrives in a high-precision environment and enjoys mentoring technicians while maintaining direct involvement at the bench.
This role was created to support a growing workload and provide additional leadership within the lab. You will work alongside a highly involved manager and play a key role in maintaining quality, throughput, and technical excellence.
Responsibilities:
Help supervise daily operations of the Electrical/RF lab, to meet turnaround times and quality goals.Lead, train, and support calibration technicians, ensuring compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 standards.Perform and oversee manual calibration of RF and microwave instruments, including signal generators, spectrum analyzers, power meters, and related equipment.Perform and oversee calibration of electrical instruments, including digital multimeters, oscilloscopes, hipot testers, accelerometers, and related as needed.Review calibration reports for technical accuracy, traceability, and completeness, ensuring all work is compliant.Coordinate workload, assign priorities, and ensure timely completion of jobs.Support internal and external audits and assist with corrective actions.Maintain laboratory safety, equipment, and environmental controls.Collaborate with Quality and laboratory leadership to resolve technical challenges and improve processes.Requirements and Skills:
