ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain customer relationships through phone, email, and in-person interactions.Handle incoming calls and proactively make outbound calls.Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including assistance with insurance availability, eligibility, coverage details, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing questions.Support sales efforts as needed.Conduct customer-focused, needs-based reviews to educate clients on available insurance options.
RequirementsYou'll need to be licensed in Property & Casualty and Life, Accident & Health Insurance. If you're not already licensed, we'll provide the study materials and support you need to successfully earn your licenses.Friendly, dependable, and professional demeanor.Comfortable engaging with both new and existing clients in person and over the phone.Proficient in computer programs and technology, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).Minimum typing speed of 55 WPM.Strong interpersonal, verbal, written, and active listening communication skills.People-oriented, highly organized, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.Skilled at multitasking with exceptional attention to detail.
