Busy Orlando Plaintiff’s Personal Injury and Auto Accident Law firm is looking for an experienced Intake Manager to manage its busy Intake Department and operations. Ideal candidate will have 3-5 years’ experience in Plaintiff’s Intake, and have background in all facets of intake, including but not limited to handling initial client calls and follow up calls, lead generation and follow up, understanding of intake documents and information needed from clients at intake, and supervision and coordination of intake staff. Must thrive in a busy and fast paced environment, and be able to multitask. Bilingual in English and Spanish is ideal, but not absolutely necessary. Must also understand Intake reporting and metrics set by management. This position is a management position, and will report directly to the firm’s principals. Salary will be based upon experience.
