Key Responsibilities
Maintain, clear, and repair high-use restaurant drainage networks, floor sinks, and main lines.Service, clean, and troubleshoot commercial grease traps, interceptors, and hydro-jetting systems.Repair and calibrate commercial kitchen fixtures, dishwashers, pre-rinse stations, and hand sinks.Troubleshoot gas lines, high-capacity water heaters, booster heaters, and backflow preventers.Respond rapidly to plumbing emergencies to minimize restaurant downtime and disruption to guests.Read blueprints, kitchen equipment schematics, and plumbing isometric drawings for renovations.Ensure strict compliance with local health department regulations and plumbing codes.Requirements & Qualifications
