Job DescriptionLead and manage all preconstruction activities, including estimates, budgets, and schedules.Collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.Develop detailed cost models and provide value engineering recommendations.Oversee the preparation of bid proposals and ensure competitive pricing strategies.Identify project risks and provide solutions to mitigate them effectively.Work closely with the project management team to ensure smooth project handoff.Maintain strong relationships with vendors and subcontractors to ensure high-quality service delivery.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and construction techniques to drive innovation.

Proven expertise in preconstruction processes within the construction department of the construction industry.Strong skills in budgeting, estimating, and project planning.Exceptional leadership and communication abilities to guide teams and collaborate with stakeholders.Proficiency with relevant construction and estimating software.Ability to identify and mitigate potential project risks effectively.A track record of successfully managing multiple preconstruction projects simultaneously.
