Traveling QA/QC Project Manager Join a specialized Mission Critical division with strong Leadership Opportunity to own QA/QC delivery on a high-profile data center project Our client is a nationally recognized general contractor with a dedicated Mission Critical division, known for delivering complex data centers across hyperscale, enterprise, utility, and colocation markets. Their mission-critical teams bring decades of combined experience and are structured specifically for projects requiring high system reliability, Tier III-IV performance standards, and precise MEP and commissioning coordination. They are known for their emphasis on safety, quality, and schedule certainty in fast-paced data center environments. Job Description Lead all QA/QC efforts for structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, fire protection, and low-voltage scopes on a mission-critical project. Perform inspections, verify adherence to design specifications, and enforce project-specific quality standards. Review and track submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, commissioning documentation, and testing procedures. Ensure correct installation of critical systems such as generators, UPS systems, switchgear, cooling systems, and BMS controls. Collaborate with commissioning agents, MEP coordinators, trade partners, and design teams to maintain a seamless quality workflow. Develop and maintain punch lists, deficiency logs, and inspection reports; ensure timely resolution. Support commissioning activities, including witness testing, integrated systems testing, and turnover documentation. Maintain accurate records for compliance, closeout, and client audit requirements. Travel full-time to the Jackson, MS project site and support additional mission-critical projects as needed.
