    This is a commission-only sales position — but not for beginners.
    You’ll get 1–2 pre-qualified, verified homeowner leads every day — people who are ready to buy and actively looking for a reputable company they can trust.

    If you’re a money-motivated, energetic, and confident professional who loves the chase and knows how to close, you can make six figures or more here.

    What You’ll Do:

    Meet qualified homeowners at their property (leads are set for you)Present, negotiate, and close high-ticket remodeling projectsManage customer relationships and ensure satisfactionOversee projects and coordinate with subcontractors as neededWork 5–6 days a week, including one weekend dayMust have a reliable car — you’ll be driving across South Florida

    Field Installer – Residential Construction (South Florida)


    Location:

    Dania Beach, FL 33004


    Schedule:

    Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST40 hours per week


    Compensation:

    $1,250 USD per week

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking an experienced Field Installer with a minimum of 5 years of residential construction experience. The ideal candidate is a skilled, hands-on professional capable of installing complete kitchens and bathrooms from start to finish while maintaining the highest standards of craftsmanship, efficiency, and professionalism. This position requires someone who takes pride in quality work and can work independently as well as collaboratively with our team.


    Key Requirements (MUST HAVE):

    Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in residential remodeling or constructionProven experience installing complete kitchens and bathroomsSkilled in cabinetry installationExperience with tile installation (floors, walls, backsplashes, and showers)Basic plumbing installation and fixture replacementBasic electrical installation (switches, outlets, lighting fixtures, etc.)Drywall installation, repairs, taping, mudding, sanding, and finishingInterior and exterior painting and finish workFinish carpentry, including installation of baseboards, crown molding, trim, doors, and hardwareExperience working with laminate, quartz, granite, and other countertop installations is a plusReliable transportation (must have your own vehicle)Must have your own professional toolsValid driver's license with a clean driving recordClean background checkStrong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent communication and customer service skillsSpanish language skills are an advantage but are not required.


    Responsibilities:

    Install complete kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects from start to finishInstall kitchen and bathroom cabinetry, vanities, and hardwarePerform floor and wall tile installation, including showers and backsplashesInstall drywall, complete finishing work, and prepare surfaces for paintingPerform interior painting and touch-up workInstall trim, doors, baseboards, crown molding, and other finish carpentryPerform basic plumbing work, including installation of sinks, faucets, toilets, vanities, garbage disposals, and shower fixturesPerform basic electrical work, including installing outlets, switches, light fixtures, and exhaust fansMaintain clean, safe, and organized job sitesProtect homeowners' property throughout the construction processCommunicate daily with the Project Manager regarding job progressEnsure all work meets company quality standards and customer expectationsComplete projects safely, efficiently, and on scheduleIdentify and report any issues that may affect project quality or timelines


    Qualifications:

    Minimum 5 years of residential construction or remodeling experienceStrong experience in kitchen and bathroom renovationsHigh-quality finish carpentry and installation skillsAbility to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawingsKnowledge of residential construction methods and best practicesExcellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsDependable, punctual, and professional attitudePhysically capable of lifting heavy materials and working in various job site conditionsValid driver's license and reliable transportationMust own a complete set of professional construction tools

    We are seeking an experienced Field Supervisor with a strong background in South Florida construction who can confidently manage jobs from start to finish.This role requires someone who understands permitting, inspections, high-end finishes, and customer interaction, while leading crews and keeping projects moving efficiently.

    Key Requirements (MUST HAVE):

    Proven experience working in Florida construction (local codes, inspections, and processes)Clean background checkStrong knowledge of upscale residential finishes (high-end kitchens, bathrooms, custom work)Experience working with permits and passing inspectionsAbility to handle homeowners professionally and represent the company on-siteStrong experience supervising jobs and managing subcontractors

    Responsibilities:

    Supervise residential projects (especially room additions and remodels) from start to finishCoordinate and manage all subcontractors and tradesEnsure all work meets plans, specs, and quality standardsBe present for all inspections, handle corrections, and move projects forwardReview and understand architectural, structural, and MEP plansMaintain job site organization, safety, and workflowCommunicate daily with office, project managers, and clientsEnsure projects stay on schedule and within budgetVerify all required permits and approvals are in placeHands-On Knowledge (Preferred)

    You should understand or be able to perform:

    Framing, drywall, and basic carpentryPlumbing fixtures (toilet, sink, shower sets)Paint, touch-ups, and general finishing workGeneral handyman skills

    Qualifications:

    5–10+ years of field experience in residential constructionStrong experience with room additions and remodeling projectsAbility to read and interpret blueprints and plansProven leadership: able to control, lead, and direct crewsExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsHighly organized and detail-orientedValid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
