THE JOB: The Arena Operations Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Arena. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and property policies, practices and procedures. Please note that the end date may be subject to change based on business needs THE JOB: It is the primary responsibility of the Seasonal Old Homestead Food Server to take and deliver customer orders, maintain tables, guest satisfaction and finalize checks. The food server is also responsible for performing side work and general cleaning of assigned stations.
