    Position Summary

    We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee and perform maintenance, repair, and alterations of our district buildings and grounds. This role requires hands-on work as well as leadership in planning and directing maintenance operations.


    Responsibilities

    · Plan, organize, and direct building and grounds maintenance activities

    · Develop and implement short- and long-term maintenance programs (including emergency response and energy management plans)

    · Perform repairs and facility improvements (painting, drywall, basic plumbing/electrical, landscaping, equipment repair, etc.)

    · Inspect construction, repair work, and daily maintenance operations

    · Lead preventative maintenance programs and site projects

    · Supervise maintenance staff, including hiring, coaching, evaluations, and discipline

    · Collaborate with teams to support operational efficiency

    · Ensure OSHA standards for operation and recordkeeping are being followed

    · Collect quotes from outside contractors and monitor and inspect progress for repairs and upgrades

    · Perform additional duties as assigned


    Pay: Up to $100,000 depending on experience


    Requirements

    · Valid driver’s license

    · Previous experience as a warehouse or building maintenance manager

    · Prefer 2 years of Maintenance Management experience

    · Industrial electrical knowledge preferred

    · Experience with OSHA standards and reporting

    · Strong attention to detail

    · Strong verbal communication skills

    · Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

    · Willingness to travel occasionally
