Job Duties:
Effectively use all resources and lead/oversee craft workers assigned to specific areas of responsibility.Ensure all onsite personnel comply with project procedures, safety program requirements, work rules, etc. Document all violations, notify project management, and recommend/implement correction actions as required. Conduct accident investigations as needed.Ensure compliance with all company, client, and project policies, procedures, standards, etc.Motivate others to achieve objectives.Plan, coordinate, and supervise onsite functions (scheduling, engineering, material control, etc.)Effectively plan and organize the work for which you are responsible.Keep daily job journal detailing actual events.Plan ahead for materials, tools, and information.Compensation & Benefits:

MetroPower has an immediate opening for an Electrical Foreman near the Georgia/South Carolina Border (Savannah/Bluffton area). This position is a regular, full-time position offering benefits including medical/dental/vision and paid time off. Pay range depending on experience, skills, and knowledge.
The Foreman is responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems on construction sites. The Foreman leads and mentors crews, coordinates daily field operations, and serves as the key liaison between field staff, project managers, and engineers. This position ensures work is completed safely, on time, and in compliance with project specifications and codes.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Oversight:
Supervise and coordinate daily job site activities to ensure project milestones, quality standards, and safety protocols are metHelp guide and direct electrical crews, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing on-the-job guidance to ensure productivity and adherence to project plansCollaborate with project managers and engineers to interpret drawings, clarify scope, and communicate project requirements effectively to the field teamInstallation & Technical Expertise:

Essential Duties
The Electrician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and components in compliance with the National Electrical Code. This includes interpreting blueprints and schematics, troubleshooting electrical issues, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met across construction and industrial job sites. The role requires proficiency with tools, electrical testing equipment, and digital reporting systems, along with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Adhere to the National Electrical Code and be able to read and interpret manuals, schematic diagrams, blueprints, and equipment specifications as well as properly using and maintaining hand and power tools along with electrical and electronic test equipment.Strong communication skills are required along with the ability to use basic electronic technology for entering time and safety reports.Uphold safety as the most important goal of our company.
