As a Veterinary Emergency Technician at MVA, you’ll be on the front line of urgent patient care, working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. In this role, you will:
Triage incoming patients by assessing their medical needs and prioritizing treatments based on urgency.Provide immediate critical care—administer fluids, medications, and other life-saving interventions while closely monitoring patient status.Collaborate with emergency veterinarians and fellow technicians to devise and execute treatment plans for a variety of acute and complex cases.Communicate compassionately with pet parents, offering clear updates, reassurance, and empathy during stressful moments.Maintain a calm, organized workspace and ensure rapid access to the supplies and equipment needed for emergency interventions.Participate in ongoing training and case discussions, sharpening your skills and staying current with the latest emergency protocols and best practices.We don’t just get through the workday; we embrace the challenges and triumphs that come with providing emergency care. Anticipated Schedule
This is a full-time position with the following available schedule:
Sunday-Tuesday 8:00am - 8:00pm
Thursday -Saturday8:00am - 8:00pm

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking Veterinary Emergency Technicians who can excel under pressure and find fulfillment in delivering critical care. You likely have:
