Responsibilities
Basic Function – Assisting in the day-to-day management of the assigned location ensuring that parking operations are handled within contractual guidelines of the specific location, fostering good client relations and promoting a professional image and approach to the business.
Participate in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.Engage in the development of property level financial and operational goals.Assist in the management of day-to-day activities of the assigned locations including: ensuring appropriate customer interaction, supervising the completion of all evening closing reports, processing bank deposits, scheduling staff, supervising frontline staff (e.g. cashiers, valet attendants, maintenance porters, etc.), preparing month-end reports, auditing daily cashier shift reports, monitoring and checking of time cards, hiring and training of frontline staff, reviewing of damage claims, disbursing petty cash and preparation of the annual budget.Courteously assist Customers by answering any questions they may have.Assist in the maintenance and repair of parking equipment and any general maintenance tasks as directed by the Facility Manager.Report any known accidents, observed or suspected violations of Company policy, safety hazards or any unusual occurrence to the Facility Manager.Assist with cleanup of debris, water, oil spills and etc.Have a thorough knowledge of all areas of the garage, thorough knowledge of the major streets, landmarks and freeways in the area of the garage.Assist Facility Manager with other duties as needed.Qualifications

Education/Experience Required: High School Graduate. A minimum of six months of parking experience preferred.

License Requirement: Must possess a valid state-issued driver’s license with current address and acceptable driving record.

A Curbside Concierge - Airline Check-in Agent's responsibilities include handling and securing luggage according to the Transportation Security Administrations’ (TSA) standards. Other responsibilities include issuing boarding passes and tagging bags for airline passengers on departing flights. The Curbside Concierge will also provide general information to passengers about locations/directions and flight information; The Curbside Concierge is expected to provide a high level of customer service to the passengers of the airlines and clients that Bags, Inc. services. The Curbside Concierge is familiar with the Safety, Security & Dangerous Goods as well as HAZMAT procedures, through annual training provided by Bags, Inc. and the air carriers’ partners. They are required to maintain a positive and friendly attitude in a fast paced, high volume active guest service environment

Responsibilities
Basic Function - Ensure that appropriate number of cars is kept on location throughout shift, cars are being parked in an appropriate fashion and the lot is kept clean and presentable.
Direct incoming customers to available parking spaces.Count vehicles on location throughout shift, as needed.Write and issue violation warnings to tenants and visitors that violate garage policies.Patrol transient and reserved parking levels on foot or in customized motor carts, if applicable.Provide assistance to customers that have forgotten where they parked their vehicle.Responsible for being at work every scheduled day, on time and in uniform.Courteously assist Customers by answering any questions they may have. Responsibilities
Greet and assist hotel guests arriving and departing the hotel in a professional and courteous manner.
Greet guests at hotel curbside and offer them assistance, which can include: opening doors, carrying luggage into the hotel and/or directing them to the front desk for check-in.Hail taxi cabs for any guest requesting one.Dispatch a sufficient number of taxi cabs to the hotel and/or to other loading points. Provide accurate information and directions regarding the hotel and/or surrounding area. Monitor the hotel entrance for any suspicious activity.Drive hotel vehicles short distances for guest drop-offs and pick-ups or as requested.Communicate with drivers, co-workers, and supervisors and address any concerns.Write factual reports regarding items that deviate from normal operation.Identify and report any safety issues immediately to supervisor.Clean and maintain surrounding work area (to include glass cleaning and sweeping of trash). Clean break room (to include empting trash, vacuuming and wiping down of table).Complete other duties as assigned.Qualifications

Responsibilities
Basic Function – Assisting in the day-to-day management of the assigned location ensuring that parking operations are handled within contractual guidelines of the specific location, fostering good client relations and promoting a professional image and approach to the business.
