Position Overview: We are seeking an Outside Sales Representative who will generate new business, manage client relationships, and partner with our claims team to deliver exceptional results. This field-focused role offers clear advancement and career growth pathways as you build your book of business within the company. Key Responsibilities: Generate new leads in property claims markets and conduct on-site consultations to assess losses and explain services. Conduct on-site consultations with clients, assess property loss, and explain our services. Develop referral networks with key industry contacts and collaborate with claims adjusters to ensure seamless service. Work with claims adjusters to ensure seamless client service and effective claim management. Update CRM regularly and report on sales pipeline and activity. Qualifications: 2+ years in outside/territory sales, business development, or consultative selling; insurance or public adjusting experience a plus. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable meeting clients in person. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Willingness to travel as required (local, regional, or national). Public Adjuster license a plus; training provided if not already licensed. What We Offer: This role offers an uncapped commission structure with no earnings limit. It is a 1099 independent contractor position and is not paid on an hourly basis.
