This role leads the estimating process end-to-end, delivering accurate, competitive bids on a range of heavy civil construction projects. About the Role: This position plays a key role in preconstruction, producing accurate, competitive estimates while supporting bid strategy, risk review, and early project planning. You’ll work closely with senior estimators, operations, subcontractors, and clients to ensure strong bid submissions and smooth handoffs to the field.
