    This person will be working in the DLA Piper business center, 9AM - 6PM. This role is cross-functional with the primary responsibility being reception. In addition to reception duties, they will assist with guest badges, scheduling meeting rooms, light administrative duties, as well as providing hospitality service. They will also run large print equipment if needed. The manager is primarily looking for a candidate with some background in reception, customer service skills, and professionalism.

    Works with inventory control and other CC functional areas to ensure timely and accurate delivery of specified equipment to customers. Coordinates installs with sales or account managers. Uses database and spreadsheet tools to analyze data and process workflows. Pre-calls customers to set up Deliveries, pick-Client and relocations. Prints and scrubs the Ad Hoc Report. Prints BOL's. Updates the delivery system with scheduled date and notes. Emails delivery notifications to Order Processing. Updates Oracle DFF notes, CC notes or the Zoom Screen.
