Seeking an experienced Lab Manager / General Laboratory Supervisor (GLS) to own day-to-day laboratory operations. This is a hands-on leadership role — you will run the floor, maintain instruments, drive method development and validation, and ensure CLIA/COLA compliance across all workflows. You will work alongside our MD lab director and report directly to ownership.

Their products are used in a wide variety of industrial processes and many customer products, from decorative paints to green cement, from clean drinking water to green tires and from toothpaste to biofuels and beer.
This role is responsible for the overall operations involved in gel production within Xerogel and Hydrogel processes. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, decontamination and sterilization of process equipment, unloading of bulk shipments of raw materials, gel making, washing, milling, packing, in process testing and storage of product. The Gels Operator will proceed with the scheduled production and other operations assigned, such as housekeeping. This is a rotational 12 hours shift job. The operators must learn the milling/packing job first and then proceed to the other areas of operation to progress on higher pay levels. The operator will give the Maintenance Department full cooperation whenever production equipment is broken down and is to assist the Maintenance Department in every way possible.
