    SUMMARY
    As a Project Coordinator, you will support Project Managers by coordinating execution activities that keep projects moving—plans, schedules, documentation, meetings, data entry, and follow-ups. This role partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders and will primarily support Proof of Concept (POC) lab, Advanced Manufacturing, and other operations projects as needed. 

    WHAT YOU WILL DO 

    Support Project Managers in building and maintaining action plans (resources, timelines, budgets). Coordinate project activities and serve as an interface between team members and managers. Maintain accurate, current, and accessible project documentation (schedules, budgets, reports). Data entry, maintenance, and analysis. Schedule and facilitate stakeholder meetings, capture action items and drive follow-up. Track milestones and deliverables to support on-time, quality project execution. Identify project risks and support mitigation planning; escalate issues as appropriate. Provide day-to-day coordination support for Proof of Concept labs, Advanced Technology, and Operations Project Management execution needs. 
     

    QUALIFICATIONS

    3+ years of experience in project coordination or a related role. Experience supporting project plans, schedules, documentation, and status reporting. Experience using project collaboration tools and Microsoft 365 in a team environment. Familiarity with manufacturing/operations processes.

    ·         Master the necessary procedures to submit samples to QC or independent verifiers of quality.

    ·         Maintain operations by following policies and procedures, reporting needed changes.

    ·         Ability to measure, weigh, make, and test soap and sanitizer solutions.

    ·         Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Follow safety guidelines and manufacturing instructions.

    ·         Have the flexibility to work in either location and/or shift with little notice.

    ·         Assist shipping department loading and unloading trucks.


    EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

    ·         2-3 years of Material Handling or Food/Flavors/Chemical manufacturing, is preferred.

     

    WORK ENVIRONMENT

    ·         Regular attendance is required with few unscheduled absences. Mandatory overtime is sometimes necessary.

    ·         The work location is a manufacturing plant.

    ·         Some dust may be present, smells may, at times, be unpleasant. Safety equipment is mandatory for several processes.

    ·         Ability to accurately measure small quantities (as low as 1/1000th of a gram.)

    ·         Job often requires lifting up to 50 pounds of product.

    Responsibilities:

    Chemistry data review and oversight

    Maintenance Mechanic - Responsibilities :

    Troubleshoot, repair, install and maintain all chemical plant mechanical equipment. The mechanical equipment includes pumps (centrifugal, positive displacement, air diaphragm, etc.), agitators, fans, blowers, mechanical seals, and sealing devices (packing, etc.) associated with this equipment.Install and modify existing and new piping systems and lines, including valves, vessels, filters, exchangers (assembly and disassembly), and equipment setting and alignment. Structural, construction, painting, concrete, insulation and light sheet metal work, etc. may also be required.Learn proper methods for equipment and safety inspections. Inspect equipment for defects and record all repairs in the CMMS system. Write and perform preventative maintenance tasks.Become familiar with relevant maintenance department SOPs and learn the plant processes and hazards associated with them.Be safety conscious and follow the plant safety policies and procedures (e.g. fall protection, lock out tag out, hot work, confined space).Actively participate in safety committees, near-miss reporting, incident investigations, and safety housekeeping inspections.Complete and initiate the proper documentation of work orders in the SAP system.Operate power tools such as a drill press, band saw, grinders, etc.Operate torches, welders, cutters, etc.Operate plant vehicles, such as forklifts and boom lifts.Operate basic hand tools, measurement, and test equipment.

    Qualifications:

    MUST HAVE 2+ years of experience as an industrial manufacturing machinery maintenance mechanic to qualify, and this experience MUST include maintaining pumps and motors as well as include electrical skills.

    EducationHigh school diploma or an equivalent level as a minimum education.     Seeking an Electronic Engineering Technician for a direct hire opportunity in Chicago with our client, a leading Manufacturer of Automated Equipment for Industrial Laundries.

    Responsibilities:

    Testing and debugging of electronic boards.Production/Testing/Debugging microcontroller-based PCBs.Loading software, configuring, and testing Industrial PCs and PLCs.Support of the machine production and service department.Maintaining support documentation for manufacturing and testing.Building and maintaining electrical/electronic test fixtures.Customer phone assistance for troubleshooting.


    Qualifications:

    Technical degree in the electronics field or equivalent experience.Strong electronics troubleshooting skills; PCB level experience is a must-have.Documentation skills with worksheets and spreadsheets.Mechanical aptitude, use of hand tools, and sheet metal.  Ability to work well with personnel at all levels.Opportunity to bring perspective to improve methods and processes.

    We are assisting our client, a global polymer manufacturing company in hiring multiple Chemical Operators for their growing team. This is a direct-hire opportunity with built-in overtime and strong potential for career growth—promotions every 1-2 years with pay increases.


    What You'll Do: As a Chemical Operator, you'll play a key role in the safe and timely production of chemical products, including charging raw materials to kettles/reactors, operating equipment to produce alkyd and polyester resin batches, and monitoring processes using a PLC operator interface. You'll collect and analyze samples, document production data, transfer material between tanks, package finished product, and assist with loading/unloading trucks using SAP. You'll also take part in plant safety initiatives, including the Safety Committee, Process Hazard Analysis, and incident investigations.
