    **Role and Responsibilities **

    This position is responsible for the completion and accuracy in the batch making process at the site.

    Rotation through the job components is considered an essential function of the mixing job.

    This person must also participate individually and/or as a group in team meetings, safety programs, training, presentations, and other activities that are essential to the attainment of the team or plant goals.

    The Batch Maker Lead must have knowledge of different mixers and can trouble shoot maintenance issues.

    Must be knowledgeable of how to complete batch sheets and do them properly.

    Must be able to train new hires on mixers.

    Can lead the team with minimal supervision and provide communication to the supervisor about production or people related issues.

    This position requires the regular cleaning of mixing vessels as well as mixing blades. You will be required to enter and exit open top mixing vessels.

    This position will require you to climb steps frequently.

    Primary Job Functions include but are not limited to:

    Lift 50lbs bags continuously

    Clean work area during down time

    Properly follow formula for mixing batches

    Use forklift frequently

    Climb up and down steps to put material in mixers

    Press material into drums from mixers

    Clean mixing blades and mixing bowls

    Follow all safety procedures

    Monitors employee performance to assure that quality and mixing standards are met

    Builds and maintains morale in the hourly mixing workforce and maintains a good attitude with fellow workers and management to enhance morale

    Communicates between Batching Manager and other supervisors of schedule problems and resolves issues that may affect the planned priorities

    **Qualifications and Education Requirements **

    High school diploma or equivalent

    Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English

    Math skills

    Must be 18 years of age

    Must be able to lift 50lbs continuously

    Must be able to work overtime with or without reasonable accommodation

    Must be able to stand for long periods of time while cleaning, squat while cleaning, and use provided hand tools for cleaning

    Must be able to climb steps frequently

    Must have Valid Driver’s License

    **Schedule: **2nd shift 2:20 pm - 11:50 pm M-F

    Pay: The starting hourly rate is $26.00 per hour.

    Job Summary

    The Shipper serves as the foundation of daily warehouse operations. This role is hands-on and task-driven, focused on the safe, accurate movement of materials and finished goods. Shippers execute core warehouse functions with discipline and consistency, supporting the flow of work that keeps the operation steady and on time.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    Operate forklifts and material-handling equipment in accordance with safety standards.

    Pick, stage, and package work orders accurately and efficiently.

    Receive incoming materials and perform proper put-away following inventory procedures.

    Load and unload trucks while maintaining product integrity and safety.

    Pick and stage sales orders for outbound shipment.

    Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy efforts.

    Levels:

    Batch Maker I: The ability to blend simple batches unsupervised.Batch Maker II: Minimum of 3 years of chemical blending experience, and ability to operate vacuum mixers.Batch Maker III: 5+ years of chemical blending experience, and ability to operate vacuum mixers and three roll milling machines.

    Job Summary

    The batch makers are responsible for mixing the raw chemical materials to create our products.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    Stages and manually charges necessary raw materials into mixing container.

    Follow batch work instructions to manufacture quality products.

    Monitors and controls mixing equipment and other instruments to make sure that a batch is produced according to work instructions.

    Adjust a batch under QC guidance until it is approved.

    Follows manufacturing schedule and works with Supervisor regarding any potential improvements or concerns.

    Cleanup work area to company standards.

    Ensure work area is safe, clean, and free of hazards, communicate all spills or other hazards immediately to asupervisor.

    Comply with all PPE standards.

    Performs other related duties as assigned.

    Skills & Abilities

    Basic math skills.

    Ability to operate high-speed dispersers and other handling equipment.

    Ability to read digital scales.

    Education & Experience

    Chemical manufacturing experience is preferred.

    Physical Requirements

    - Prolonged periods of sitting and standing.

    Ability to lift 50-60 pounds.
